Hannah is a senior associate whose practice encompasses general corporate, compliance and employment law matters.

Her experience in employment law matters includes regularly advising on employee share option schemes, Central Provident Fund matters, conducting internal employment audits, and advising on manpower workstream matters for large transfers of employees pursuant to corporate restructuring. She also routinely advises on immigration matters relating to employees and liaises with relevant regulatory bodies on behalf of clients.

Her corporate and compliance practice sees her regularly advise clients on general compliance matters and prepare company constitutions, shareholder agreements and joint venture agreements. She also assists with buy-side and sell-side due diligence and acquisition related advice and rectification work in respect of both local and multinational companies. In addition to this, she regularly advises clients on general legal and/or corporate support matters, including local entity formation, compliance filings and obligations under the Companies Act.

Outside of work, Hannah is a rock climber who enjoys bouldering in many of Singapore’s climbing gyms.
