Corporate Real Estate matters which Marianne has worked on include:

  • Advised a family office based in Singapore, through a joint venture with a leading interior design company, on the acquisition of freehold plots of land, and the development and subsequent sales of luxury boutique landed residential properties in Singapore.
  • Advised a family office based in Singapore on the acquisition of a commercial shophouse building in prime area in Singapore.
  • Advised a family office based in Singapore on the divestment of its property-holding subsidiary holding a portfolio of 14 commercial conserved shophouses at prime heritage areas in Singapore.
  • Advised a partner of an established accounting firm, acting as Private Trustee in Bankruptcy (PTIB) in multiple bankruptcy sales of residential properties.
  • Advised a leading American semiconductor manufacturing equipment supplier, on the acquisition of a JTC industrial building, in a high-profile distressed sale.
  • Advised an APAC data centre platform based in Singapore, backed by a leading global sustainable infrastructure investment firm, on the development of a hyperscale data centre in Malaysia.
  • Advised a data centre operator, backed by a leading global alternative investment firm, on the exit of its data centre facility in Singapore.
